Commissioned by STINK FILMS BRAZIL and THE YOUTH in October 2023, I served as DOP and co-director alongside Bryce Kraehebuehl – a creative partner on many projects – for a section of a global campaign overseen by directors Tino and Edu Lubiazi.

 

The commercial was part of an educational explainer piece about Generative AI shot with 8 different directors worldwide in 8 different locations, including Brazil, US, Mexico, Argentina, Japan, Russia, Australia and Senegal. This presented how Generative AI will affect all people around the world in different ways.

 

Being able to use the material we shot for a standalone piece, we produced a micro-documentary that blends aspects of reality with surrealism with the help of THE YOUTH. The commercial and micro-doc were filmed in super 16mm and are currently in post-production.
